Nervous System Body Type Diet

Meals - best with a heavy breakfast with protein, like a typical dinner.  Eat raw vegetables for lunch and cooked or steamed vegetables for dinner; reverse this order if your body is extremely stressed.  Avoid fruit for dinner.


Dietary emphasis - Olive oil relieves constipation, potatoes support the lungs, and whey aids digestion of carbohydrates.  Important to get adequate fat and protein.  Best fat sources include dense protein, cheese, dairy, butter, flaxseed oil, olive oil, sesame oil, nuts and seeds.


Emotional - external stimulation helps to focus your energy.
